This qualification enables you to gain the knowledge and skills required for safe, appropriate and effective prescribing practice, enabling healthcare professionals to take responsibility for the whole journey of their patients.

This Non-Medical Prescribing course is delivered online by ICST, in partnership with the Open University, and is suitable for nurses, pharmacists, physiotherapists, podiatrists, dieticians, radiographers (diagnostic and therapeutic) and paramedics.

The course is endorsed by the GPhC, NMC, and HCPC, and on completion you will be eligible to apply for the annotation to your regulator register as an Independent and/or Supplementary Prescriber.
